Before real estate, Keith built and scaled successful businesses, including co-founding one of Canada’s first online accounting firms with his wife Mistie and an employment agency that worked with Fortune 500 clients. With a background in finance and human resources, he’s known for clear communication, strategic thinking, and a people-first approach.

Seven years ago, Keith found his true calling in real estate, combining his passion for homes, design, and community with meticulous research and fierce client advocacy. From rural retreats to modern condos and family homes, he approaches every transaction with energy, care, and attention to detail.

Growing up on Vancouver Island, Keith’s roots run deep. Outside of work, he’s usually kayaking coastal coves, biking forest trails, or running Island roads, having completed over 18 half marathons and one full marathon.

Born and raised off-grid on a remote homestead outside Dawson City, Yukon, Mistie developed a deep respect for land, self-sufficiency, and the outdoors, values that continue to shape her grounded, thoughtful approach to real estate.

Her passion for homes began early, sparked by a homeschooling project that ignited a lifelong love of interior design, organization, and transforming spaces. Before entering real estate, Mistie spent over a decade in public service with both federal and provincial governments, building strong expertise in finance, procurement, compliance, and community planning.

In 2011, Mistie and her husband co-founded one of Western Canada’s first fully online accounting firms, helping small businesses thrive through transparency and education. Today, she brings that same clarity and precision to contracts, negotiations, and client advocacy.

Licensed in BC, Mistie has spent the past seven years helping families and investors navigate real estate with confidence, care, and calm. She believes buying or selling a home should feel empowering and even enjoyable.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Mistie kayaking coastal inlets, biking forest trails, gardening in Nanoose Bay, or woodworking. She’s passionate about helping clients find spaces indoors and out, that truly fit their lifestyle.
